The American-Russian Chamber of Commerce of Minnesota is a non-profit organization. It sees its mission in providing “educational services and exchanges, cultural and artistic tourism, and other initiatives mutually beneficial to Minnesota and Russian-speaking businesses and organizations.” The organization currently consists of businesses owned by Russian-speaking immigrants who are eager to expand connection between American and Russian markets and culture. In designing logo for the organization, I was aiming to reflect the guiding position of the Chamber. The color choice was defined by the client and is representative of colors of both countries flags.
Patric Miller Construction logo was created as a part of the proposal for the project to revamp the company’s website with a possible extension to uplifting the brand. Patrik Miller Construction is a family business. They pride themselves in quality and expertise at a very affordable price, doing all stages of any project themselves. Since direct communication with the client was not an option prior the design, the information about the business and its relationship with the clients was collected from the existing website. I have chosen to use a construction level tool along with the name to reflect the impeccability of each completed project as well as the perfect balance of expertise and price.
This logo was designed as a part of the college brand design project for a fictitious tattoo parlor in an urban upscale neighborhood.
Wayne’s Demolition and Nell’s Bells Moving are two services offered by the same provider. Both logos were created as a part of business card design, a side project for the client’s partner. The design process was a free run with no input from the client. In the case of Wayne’s Demolition, I aimed to create an impression of the total leveling of the structure, stylizing the heavy demolishing tools used for the process.
As for the Nell’s Bells Moving, it’s a full packing and transferring service, therefore the choice of the box elements. The name of the service is on the sides of the box to resemble the written notes to mark the packed content. I deliberately stayed away from hand-written font to emphasize a well structured and organized moving process that is part of the company’s service.
The design goal for the logo for Adaptive Sports Alliance was to project the forward driving energy, determination, and speed. The blue color was chosen to represent confidence and determination, green – a reviving energy.
